Top UK Employers Benchmarking Survey for Working Families

We have worked in partnership with Working Families to scope and build their annual benchmarking survey. 

We replaced their existing 3rd party survey with a clean, easy-to-navigate interface that allows users to breeze through the questions as simply as possible. 

Instead of having to wait for the numbers to be crunched manually in order calculate the top 10 employers, our survey generates results and reports for each respondent on the fly, saving everyone time and effort.

We have supported this platform through several annual cycles and a rebrand.

We have used annual feedback windows from both the Working Families team and end users to iterate the platform over time, improving both the interface and the questions themselves.
